Tedisel at the 40th Hospital Engineering Seminar: Contributing to the Vanguard in Healthcare
Tedisel Medical has been present in La Coruña, from October 4th to 6th, to participate in the 40th Hospital Engineering Seminar – National Congress, organized by the Spanish Association of Hospital Engineering AEIH.
One more year, and this time marking its fourth consecutive edition, Galicia stands as the privileged setting to host this event of great relevance. On this occasion, the city of the Tower of Hercules has once again been chosen, after 36 years, to host a meeting that promises to be a milestone in hospital engineering at national level.
The Organizing Committee, composed of the Spanish Association of Hospital Engineering (AEIH) and Cotehga, Garcia’s Hospital Technicians Commission, underlines an undeniable fact: after years of development, healthcare systems absorb a significant part of the Gross Domestic Product in Western countries. In this context, the need to apply circular economy principles, such as increased use of renewable energies, comprehensive recycling and preference for local resources, becomes apparent.
Medicip Health and Tedisel: Partners in La Coruña
Tedisel, as official sponsor of the event, played an active role in the seminar alongside our valued partner, Medicip Health, a leading Spanish company specializing in developing, manufacturing and distributing healthcare technology.
During this exciting 40th edition of the event, we were located at booth 85, where we presented the innovative SIDI FLANCES patient-nursing system. This state-of-the-art technological solution, which can be integrated with access control, is complemented by our reliable EN54 evacuation system. In a joint effort, during the three-day event, we exhibited at the Medicip booth our designer headrest, Ais, designed for use in hospitalization, maternity, pediatrics and VIP areas. This headboard, recognized for its design innovation, was presented in a fully customized way and seamlessly integrated with SIDI FLANDES.
In addition, we highlighted the presentation of all our Tedisel services and products, including the importance of our technical panels and our operating room software, Hermes. We also shared the benefits of our products, from columns to suspended systems, without forgetting to mention our flagship product: bed head units.
The importance of active participation in the Hospital Engineering Seminar
Following the success of previous editions in Gijón and Valencia, this event has become the ideal place to learn about the latest trends in development, technological innovations, and opportunities for improvement in the field of engineering applied to healthcare. This forum has become an indispensable element in the national healthcare panorama and assumes the challenge of playing a key role in the evolution of the hospital sector.
The meeting revolves around two fundamental pillars: innovation and evolution.
