Prague / Barcelona, 15.07.2026 – Reinsberg Group is expanding its portfolio with the acquisition of Spanish company Tedisel Medical, a manufacturer of medical equipment for intensive care units, critical care areas, inpatient wards, and operating rooms. The acquisition follows Reinsberg Group’s strategy to build a strong European group of manufacturers of medical technologies and comprehensive solutions for hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Tedisel Medical was founded in 1995 in Badalona, near Barcelona. The company has approximately 70 employees and specializes in the development and manufacture of hospital equipment for inpatient wards, intensive care units, critical care areas and operating rooms. Its product range includes technical panels, ceiling-mounted pendants and systems, bedhead units and software solutions for operating rooms. The company’s products are represented in healthcare facilities in more than 80 countries.

Tedisel Medical’s manufacturing capacity in Spain is also an important part of the transaction. Reinsberg Group is gaining an additional European production base for the further development of its medtech portfolio.
